Your area of responsibility
- In collaboration with the department head and another team leader, you will take over the management of the outpatient clinic with 20 treatment places and around 28 employees. Your core task is to fulfil the service mandate and target objectives. As a team leader, you take on the professional and personnel management of several employees from different professional groups of the nursing team
- You care for and nurse patients and their relatives from the perspective of patient- and family-centred care and perform plasmapheresis as well as stem cell collections. The coordination and planning of processes in the outpatient clinic complement your range of tasks
- Through your farsighted and reflective personality, you actively participate in various projects and are significantly involved in their implementation
Your experience
- You have completed basic training as a nursing specialist HF/FH with several years of professional experience and leadership experience. Previous experience in the haematological and/or oncological field is an advantage
- You are a resilient, flexible and capable personality with high professional and social competence
- As an initiative personality, you bring a high service and quality awareness as well as good expression and communication skills
- Your networked and pragmatic way of working and your understanding of complex organisations are very helpful in carrying out the task
