About the job
What is my role?
You independently manage one of our branches and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
You lead, motivate and develop your team and ensure a positive working atmosphere
You control all relevant personnel key figures and derive targeted measures from them
You take over the recruitment of new employees and conduct personnel development interviews (PEP)
You implement sales targets and continuously optimise the performance of your branch
You present our textile and fashion collection attractively and create an inspiring shopping atmosphere
You analyse sales figures and develop strategies to increase turnover
What do I need to be successful?
You have completed training in retail or have a comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in staff management, ideally in the textile or fashion sector
You have a good understanding of personnel key figures and can derive the right measures from them
You have experience in recruitment and conducting personnel development interviews
You have a sense for fashion and trends
You work in a structured way, are strong in communication and have a hands-on mentality
You are an organisational talent and keep an overview even in stressful situations
