Practical Trainer in Nursing (PAP) Acute Neurorehabilitation

In university-level early and acute rehabilitation, you accompany patients after neurological illnesses during an acute and complex treatment phase on their way back to independence and quality of life. As a practical trainer, you play a central role in supporting and promoting learners and students as well as in the further development of nursing practice.

What to expect

• Conveying professional action competencies and ensuring the learning process support of a group of trainees
• Joint care of a patient group together with the trainees in the learning team
• Planning and organising the training in collaboration with the nursing education manager
• Working in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional team
• Shifts mainly during day and late shifts

What you bring

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF or BScN with several years of professional experience in acute care
• Qualification as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete the corresponding further training
• SVEB certificate as a practical trainer, an equivalent qualification in adult education or willingness to acquire this
• Enjoyment in working with trainees and in knowledge transfer
• Assertiveness as well as pronounced organisational skills
