M365 System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
You are passionate about Microsoft technologies and want to guide companies securely into the cloud while actively shaping modern Microsoft 365 solutions. In this role, you work in a motivated environment of specialists and contribute your professional expertise purposefully. You take responsibility for future-oriented Microsoft 365 solutions and help implement them in a practical way. You use the direct link to daily application to capture requirements and translate them into efficient cloud solutions. Responsibilities:
You operate and further develop the Microsoft 365 cloud environment
In this role, you administer SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams as well as Entra ID including Conditional Access and group management
As a Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer, you configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device and application management
You are responsible for the operation and monitoring of Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps)
In this role, you implement security and compliance functions such as Microsoft Purview, DLP and Information Protection
As a Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer, you accompany migrations to the M365 cloud and participate in projects on cloud security and compliance
Qualifications:
- You have several years of experience in the administration and support of Microsoft 365 services
- You bring in-depth knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Teams
- You have experience in the use of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Security and Microsoft Defender
- You are proficient with Microsoft Purview, DLP as well as relevant security and compliance tools
- You understand current security standards and concepts in cloud environments
- You communicate very well in German and well in English, both spoken and written
