Heavy Goods Vehicle Driver (M/F) ADR - 100% Swiss Traffic - Permanent Contract

Your mission

• Drive heavy goods vehicles in compliance with safety rules and current legislation;
• Ensure the transport, delivery, and collection of goods throughout Switzerland;
• Check the condition of the truck and its equipment;
• Load the truck and check the loading;
• Manage your working day and your route according to requirements;
• Carry out assigned transports in accordance with mission orders;
• Report unforeseen events and communicate appropriately with the dispatch service;
• Be able to efficiently cover/uncover the vehicle;
• Perform loading and unloading, check load distribution and securing;
• Represent von Bergen to our clients at each delivery.

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma as heavy vehicle driver or equivalent training with C/CE licence;
• ADR licence / tank vehicle licence;
• Valid OACP capacity certificate (driver qualification card);
• Forklift licence (optional);
• Proven experience in driving heavy goods vehicles in Switzerland, ideally with a trailer;
• Geographical knowledge of the region;
• Good command of French, both spoken and written;
• Good physical condition;
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, punctuality, and reliability;
• Flexibility, team spirit, and enthusiasm for versatile work.
