The company is a leading provider of business software and ERP solutions and supports companies in digitalising and optimising their business processes. With high expertise, many years of project experience, and a strong customer focus, it accompanies customers from analysis through implementation to the long-term operation of modern enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities:
You independently lead projects for the introduction and optimisation of Abacus Payroll.
You analyse existing payroll and HR processes and develop suitable optimisation solutions.
As project lead, you configure the software and guide customers through the entire implementation process.
You conduct workshops and training sessions and are the central contact person for your customers.
In exchange with internal specialists, you actively contribute your payroll expertise.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of professional experience in payroll, payroll administration, or HR.
You have a strong affinity for digital solutions and ERP systems.
You work analytically, independently, and solution-oriented and enjoy customer contact.
Communication skills and a talent for clearly conveying complex topics complete your profile.
You have confident German language skills.
