Project Manager Building Services & Construction Projects (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 120,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Building Services & Construction Projects for a demanding real estate and operational environment in healthcare. You will be responsible for complex refurbishment, renovation and building services projects from conception and planning to commissioning and handover. The focus is on modern HVAC systems, electrical installations, building automation, energy efficiency and technical system availability. At the same time, you will take on project controlling and contribute to the long-term lifecycle and maintenance planning of the real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of refurbishment, renovation and building services projects from conception to successful handover
Planning and coordination of projects in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary (HVAC) and electrical
Technical optimisation of existing building and operational systems together with specialist planners and internal departments
Coordination of maintenance, repair and renewal measures taking into account ongoing operations
Ensuring high system availability, operational safety and energy efficiency of building services systems
Coordination of internal departments, specialist planners, authorities, contractors and tradespeople across all project phases
Responsibility for project controlling, budget monitoring, scheduling and quality management
Support with tendering, awarding, execution planning, acceptance and commissioning
Management and further development of building automation and technical interfaces between the various trades
Participation in the long-term lifecycle, investment and maintenance planning of the real estate portfolio
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, fire protection regulations, building law and safety requirements
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with EFZ in building services, for example as building services planner HVAC or electrical installer, with advanced training at HF/FH level or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in project or construction management of complex building services, refurbishment and renovation projects
Sound expertise in HVAC, electrical and building automation
Experience with project controlling, cost planning, tendering, scheduling and commissioning
Knowledge of maintenance and lifecycle planning of technical building systems
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards, Swiss building regulations and technical safety requirements
Very good German language skills for project documentation, tendering and collaboration with internal and external project participants
