HR Administration Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role, you take on a central function throughout the entire employee lifecycle and actively shape the HR services of tomorrow with your commitment. You work in an agile HR services environment and ensure across locations that HR processes function efficiently, digitally, and customer-oriented. You continuously contribute your ideas and make an important contribution to the further development of the HR landscape. You think one step ahead, act in the pulse of events, and work hand in hand with your interfaces.
Responsibilities:
You take on operational HR services tasks along the employee lifecycle
You independently and punctually handle administrative personnel processes
You support employees and managers with personnel administrative concerns
You ensure high data quality within the HR systems
You participate in the digitalisation and optimisation of HR processes
You provide cross-location support within the HR services team
You contribute your own ideas to the further development of HR administration
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally a further education in human resources
You bring professional experience in HR services, HR administration, or a comparable function
You work in a structured, reliable manner and have a strong service orientation
You are digitally savvy and enjoy working in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
You have very good German language skills
