This is what you can look forward to.
Do seemingly impossible situations inspire you to find solutions for our customers until all the puzzle pieces fit together and the impossible becomes possible? Do you find it easy to make decisions in such situations? Do you like to take the lead in the team and perform at your best? Would you also like to feel like you are on holiday during your work by using or further developing your language skills? If you can answer yes to these questions, you are exactly right with us at TCC Mitte and we should definitely get to know each other!
This is what you can achieve.
- You monitor the punctual operation of passenger trains in your assigned area at the Traffic Control Centre Mitte in close cooperation with our partners and take the necessary measures immediately in the event of disruptions to ensure stable and punctual traffic.
- In coordination with our foreign partner railways, you coordinate cross-border traffic.
- You bear overall responsibility for disruption and event management in the responsible area and control the response to incidents.
- As disruption lead, you keep an overall view in the command room and coordinate the workload within the team.
- You ensure a high-quality disruption management for the Passenger Transport Division and always keep the customers in focus.
This is what you bring with you.
- Self-responsibility, independence, resilience under pressure as well as strongly networked thinking and acting characterise you.
- You find it easy to keep an overview even in hectic situations, remain calm and still find the best possible solutions together with the team.
- You work very customer-oriented, are a team player and handle different contacts confidently.
- You are willing to work in shift operation around the clock (7 days, 24 hours).
- For this exciting and demanding task, you bring a federally recognised apprenticeship, experience in production/operation disruption management as well as good railway know-how and have good IT user skills.
- You are fluent in German, French or Italian (level C2). In addition, you have good knowledge of German and French (at least level B1) even with other mother tongues.
