Thanks to our modern and automated machine park (Fanuc Robodrill, Anca, CMZ), we carry out all stages of tool manufacturing in our workshop, from raw material to finished tool.

Main Mission

Produce mechanical parts by CNC turning and participate in the manufacture of various cutters by setting up different CNC machines in the manufacturing process.

Ensure quality, reliability and adherence to production deadlines while actively contributing to technical improvement and optimisation of manufacturing processes.

Production and Manufacturing

Set up a four-axis CMZ CNC lathe with Fanuc control, counter spindle and rotary tools. Set up a range of 5-axis CNC machines (Fanuc Robodrill), grinders as well as some manual operations. Actively participate in the manufacture, fine-tuning and maintenance of tooling. Ensure conformity of produced parts according to technical and quality requirements.

Machine Setup and Monitoring

Set, programme and monitor CNC machines to ensure optimal operation. Oversee machining operations and intervene in case of deviations or technical issues. Optimise machining processes and production parameters.

Quality and Control

Guarantee production quality through the use of measuring instruments. Ensure traceability and conformity of produced parts.

Your Profile

Multiskilled mechanic, microtechnology technician or certified micro mechanic. At least 3 years of professional experience. Programming (Fanuc controls). Good command of 5-axis CNC machining. Knowledge of CNC programming and CAM. Experience in surface and cylindrical grinding. Experience with precision measuring tools.

Languages

Fluent French is essential
