The Clinic for Consultation Psychiatry and Psychosomatics at USZ supports patients with various mental health issues both on an outpatient and inpatient basis. In this exciting hub role, you ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes: from reception and care of our patients to appointment scheduling and support for doctors and therapists. You coordinate administrative processes, prepare medical correspondence, and contribute significantly to high-quality patient care with your organisational talent. What you bring and what to expect with us
- As the first point of contact for our patients, you provide professional and warm service at reception and on the telephone.
- Coordinating and scheduling consultations as well as case administration in KISIM are part of your varied responsibilities.
- With your organisational talent, you support doctors and therapists and draft medical reports and correspondence.
- You participate in controlling tasks and take responsibility in a varied and dynamic clinical environment.
- A commercial education and ideally experience in healthcare or as a medical secretary form the basis for this role.
- Enjoyment in dealing with people, team spirit, service orientation, and high social competence characterise you.
- Very good German skills, good English skills, as well as knowledge of MS Office and ideally KISIM complete your profile.
