Role:
As a Business Controller, you take on a central role in an innovative, stable and continuously growing environment in a fascinating industry. In this role, you directly support a member of the executive board, report to them and thus contribute significantly to the financial management of the area of responsibility. You operate in an international context where you apply and further develop your experience. You shape your tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility and have a wide scope for action. With your analyses and recommendations, you significantly influence the further development of the business area.
Responsibilities:
- You analyse and control all production plants in the area of responsibility
- In this role, you define and coordinate efficient controlling and reporting processes
- As a Business Controller, you introduce business reports, maintain them and standardise their format
- You prepare relevant key figures, analyse them and create monthly, quarterly and annual statistics
- In this role, you are responsible for project controlling and act as an interface to other departments
- As a Business Controller, you drive business intelligence and strategic planning forward and advise the executive board member
Qualifications:
- You think commercially and have sound expertise in this area
- You have in-depth knowledge in finance and controlling and handle relevant key figures confidently
- You prepare complex figures and results in an understandable way and present them appropriately for the audience
- You bring a strong technical understanding of the manufacturing industry and derive reliable figures and facts from it
- You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented and demonstrate a high degree of self-responsibility
- You communicate assertively, constructively and goal-oriented in German and English
