Thanks to its patented and award-winning technologies for their innovation, its clients are leading groups in the microtechnology, semiconductor, watchmaking, and aerospace sectors. Physicist Engineer (80-100%)
Your tasks
- Manage development projects for Sy&Se technologies: interact with clients and suppliers, plan, lead, develop experimental plans and carry them out in the laboratory in collaboration with internal teams
- Write internal and client technical reports; participate in scientific publications and product documentation
- Transfer technological advances and processes to industrial applications
- Contribute to the development of Sy&Se equipment, as well as testing them
- Occasionally organise technical training sessions.
Your profile
- EPFL physicist engineer or equivalent training
- Proven experience in a research laboratory, with very good practical skills
- Autonomous, flexible, efficient and proactive in finding solutions
- Good analytical skills, structured, very reliable and rigorous
- High sense of responsibility and active involvement in achieving company objectives
- Good interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork
- Fluency in French and good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of semiconductor, vacuum and plasma techniques would be a plus.
