Project Manager - Financial Services
Location: Zurich, Switzerland / Hybrid
Finders is recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic and innovative financial services firm, seeking a motivated and reliable Project Manager to support the planning and execution of the firm-wide change agenda. This role is ideal for a structured and tech-savvy generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment with operational complexity.
You will work closely with senior leadership, primarily the COO and CTO, to drive impactful initiatives across the organization. This is a hands-on role that blends project management with direct contribution to strategic deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the COO/CTO in shaping and executing the firm's strategic change roadmap
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects across various business units and international teams
- Contribute directly to project outputs "” not just oversee, but also deliver
- Ensure project alignment and progress through close stakeholder engagement and coordination
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an analytical and proactive professional with a strong drive for execution and results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- 3-6 years' experience in project management, operations, or business analysis
- Proven ability to lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling); familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Comfortable using project management tools such as :JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English (German is an advantage)
