• Responsible for planning procurement from the projects
• Monitors the timely creation of specifications
• Prepares schedule, investment and quality KPIs and monitors them
• Checks and validates the financial planning as well as the scheduling in the projects
• Reviews risk assessments in the projects for completeness and for a consistent evaluation of impacts and likelihood
• Supports order processing of framework agreements and mini-tenders, controls order volumes and ensures correct invoicing to projects

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or comparable
• Practical experience in the administrative support of a Project Manager
• Ideally knowledge of the electricity sector or other infrastructure sectors
• Experience: 3 years of experience in PMO of infrastructure projects or other large projects
• MS Office; SAP; project management tools
• Languages: German - native, French or Italian, English skills
