Your Responsibilities
- Development of modern web and enterprise applications within diverse customer projects
- Close collaboration with customers to analyse requirements and translate them into sustainable software solutions (approx. 2-3 customer visits per week)
- Application of agile practices such as pair or mob programming to ensure continuous code quality
- Use of modern development methods like Test-Driven Development and Specification by Example
- Involvement in all project phases – from idea through implementation to go-live, including a DevOps mentality
Our Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (ETH, FH, University or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience as a Java developer with a solid understanding of OOP and Clean Code
- Fullstack experience with current frameworks such as Angular, React, TypeScript and modern Java technologies (e.g. Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate)
- Basic knowledge of microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with agile methods and collaboration in cross-functional teams
- Very good language skills in German and English (C1)
