The EMS les 3 Sapins mainly operates with continuous hours from 10am… The 4-day week is with us! Are you a Social-Educational Assistant who truly cares about the well-being of the residents? Do you want to develop in an EMS where it is pleasant to live and work, in an idyllic setting 7 minutes from the Monthey motorway exit and at the entrance to Valais?

The PLUS points at 3 Sapins? The lowest activity rate in Switzerland for our profession, that is 39h50 per week. The warm and family atmosphere, fairness, respect, care for the residents and much more.

You are a gem (or a gem but that’s not said)? Your contract is waiting for you! You will take responsibility for a young (and less young) team composed of 3 apprentices and 2 socio-educational assistants. You have 10 ideas a minute, passion, empathy. - The CFC of Social-Educational Assistant

- 2 years of experience in a similar position

- A valid driving licence to do plenty of outings with the residents

- To be a company trainer or agree to become one within 3 months for the position of manager

- To have joy of life, humour and love
