IT Systems Technician (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Role:

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the stable operation and further development of the internal ICT infrastructure.
- In this role, you administer and optimise the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory).
- As an IT Systems Technician, you support network, virtualisation, and backup infrastructure.
- You analyse technical issues raised by employees and work on them with a solution-oriented approach.
- In this role, you act as the technical contact person for customers and their external ICT partners regarding infrastructure and system questions.
- You collaborate with external ICT service providers and contribute to the further development of ICT processes and security standards.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the field of computer science (e.g. IT specialist EFZ system technology) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in operating and administering Microsoft-based IT environments
- Very good knowledge of network administration, Windows Server, Active Directory as well as IT infrastructure and operations
- Confident handling of SSL certificates and ideally in-depth experience in certificate management
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 administration, and virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V) is an advantage
- Enjoyment of direct contact with users, service-oriented mindset, and very good German language skills in spoken and written form
