Tasks
- Overall operational responsibility, organisational, personnel and technical leadership
- Further development and implementation of the strategy in coordination with the Board of Directors
- Responsibility for achieving sales and profit targets as well as opening up new markets and growth opportunities
- Own acquisition activities at home and abroad, maintaining contact with key customers
- Leadership, motivation and further development of the management team
- Management of important projects at the company-wide level from planning to successful implementation
- Responsibility for corporate planning, organisation and communication
- Ensuring efficient processes and continuous optimisation of internal workflows
Requirements profile
- Technical vocational training with further education or engineering degree in mechanical engineering, materials technology
- Further training in management/leadership/business administration
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable role
- Proven success in sales and new customer acquisition
- Strong communication skills and structured working method
- Fluent in German and English
