Property Manager (m/f/d)

The company is a traditional Swiss corporate group that combines the areas of construction, real estate, and real estate marketing. As a construction and general contractor, it accompanies demanding residential and construction projects from planning and project development to realisation.

Responsibilities:
The focus of your work is the independent management of residential properties with direct contact to various stakeholders.
You organise property inspections and handovers and professionally accompany initial rentals as well as tenant changes.
You act as a competent contact person for the ownership towards tenants, craftsmen, caretakers, and authorities.
To ensure the flawless condition of the properties, you coordinate maintenance, conduct condition assessments, and prepare corresponding reports.
Furthermore, you are responsible for rent and contract changes, checking ancillary cost statements, and supporting the caretakers.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have further training in the real estate sector or are currently undergoing relevant further education.
Thanks to your several years of experience in property management, you have a solid understanding of the daily requirements.
Confident use of MS Office.
Flexibility, negotiation skills, and independent working characterise you as well as a confident and service-oriented manner.
Fluent written and spoken German.
