Customer Service Clerk D/E 100% - Temporary 3-4 Months
Your Tasks
- Coordination of internal workflows in the area of assistive device supply
- Preparation of offers, invoices, delivery notes, and reports
- Maintenance and handling of customer project correspondence
- Communication and coordination with clients, specialists, and cost bearers
- Processing and clarification of special cases as well as development of solutions
- Ensuring and further development of quality management
- Telephone support according to deployment planning
- Support and participation in internal projects
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in customer service and administration
- Knowledge of social insurance is an advantage
- Very good German skills, French skills are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Networked thinking and high social competence
