Your Tasks

• Welcome and accompany guests with professionalism and elegance
• Organise and supervise the service in the dining room
• Ensure the quality of the welcome and customer satisfaction
• Manage, coordinate and motivate the dining room team
• Manage the course of the service and intervene if necessary
• Ensure coordination between the dining room, kitchen and management

Your Profile

• Significant experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or in a similar position
• Excellent presentation and very good interpersonal skills
• Leadership, organisation and team spirit
• Service orientation and customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage priorities and stressful situations
• Dynamism, rigour and professionalism
• Proficiency in English is a plus
