To support this evolution and strengthen our IT team in Vernier (GE), we are looking for an IT Project Manager ready to take on high-impact challenges.

• You will manage strategic projects that directly contribute to the transformation of TCS.
• You will work at the heart of interactions between business units, Business Analysts, BRMs, and IT teams.
• You will resolve complex situations, create alignment, and accelerate decision-making.
• You will support high-visibility projects in key areas such as CRM, Data, customer experience, process optimisation, and the evolution of digital platforms.
• You will be recognised as a true facilitator of transformation, capable of advancing the company’s most important initiatives.

Do you see yourself in this profile?

• You hold a higher education degree in computer science, engineering, project management, or equivalent.
• You have proven experience managing complex transformation projects at the interface between business and IT.
• You have delivered strategic projects with high impact, measurable results, and tangible value creation.
• You possess strong skills in governance, planning, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Your ability to effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and internal clients is recognised.
• You have excellent communication, negotiation, influence, and change management skills.
• You know how to constructively challenge teams, partners, and decision-makers.
• Your experience in managing Data and CRM projects, as well as a good understanding of Salesforce solutions, is an asset.
• You are proficient in French and English, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level).
