Introduction

RDMB Rénovation Sàrl is looking for a Junior Mason to strengthen its team and participate in renovation projects in Switzerland. We offer a dynamic, practical and training work environment, ideal for a motivated person wishing to develop their skills in the construction field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in masonry and renovation work on various sites.
• Prepare materials, tools and work surfaces.
• Carry out formwork, concreting, wall and partition assembly work.
• Perform demolition work and material removal.
• Comply with safety instructions and current Swiss standards.
• Keep the site clean and organised.
• Collaborate with experienced masons and other site participants.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in masonry or renovation is an asset.
• Training in the construction field is an advantage.
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors.
• Motivation to learn and progress in the trade.
• Team spirit, punctuality and reliability.
• Respect for safety rules and work procedures.
• Driving licence is an asset.
• Valid work authorisation for Switzerland.
