Die Volg Bäckerei Ennetbürgen sucht per 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung Sie als Teamleiter*in in der Konditorei. Freuen Sie sich auf ein kreatives Arbeitsumfeld mit bis zu 7 Wochen Ferien.
Tasks
- Sie planen und koordinieren die Tages- und Wochenabläufe im Team.
- Sie entwickeln und planen saisonale Aktivitäten und Produkte.
- Sie bilden Lernende in der Konditorei-Traiteur-Abteilung aus.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker/in-Konditor/in-Confiseur/in EFZ erforderlich.
- Führungskompetenz und Teamgeist sind wichtig für diese Rolle.
- Eigeninitiative und Unternehmerisches Denken sind von Vorteil.

You will look forward to these tasks
- You plan and coordinate the daily and weekly workflows within the pastry-catering department.
- You develop and plan seasonal activities, specialties and products.
- You take on the professional training and support of our apprentices in the pastry & catering area.
- You work independently and responsibly and, together with your team, carry out the daily tasks in the pastry-catering department.
- You passionately and conscientiously produce patisserie, cakes, tarts, individual pieces and cream desserts.
- You prepare various catering products such as salads, canapés and sandwiches.
- You place orders for raw materials and packaging materials and ensure their control and availability.

- You have leadership skills and enjoy leading and motivating a team of eight employees.
- You have completed basic training as a baker-pastry chef-confectioner EFZ and show interest in professional and personal development, for example within the framework of a professional examination.
- You are characterised by a quick grasp and bring initiative as well as a willingness to learn new things.
- You think entrepreneurially, act responsibly and identify with our company.
- You are flexible, resilient and tolerant and have a strong sense of order, cleanliness and quality.
- You enjoy working in a team and take pleasure in creative and varied tasks.
