To complete our team, we are looking for a:
Executive Assistant (80-100%)
Your mission:
Administrative support to partners and project managers in all activities related to acquiring new projects and clients.
Your main tasks:
- Coordination and preparation of tender dossiers;
- Management of schedules, deadlines and administrative follow-up of tenders and competitions;
- Preparation, formatting and follow-up of fee proposals and SIA contracts;
- Creation, formatting and proofreading of presentations, dossiers, letters, etc.;
- Organisation and coordination of events, travel, meetings and training;
- Organisational support to management members and anticipation of their needs;
- Management and updating of the CRM as well as data related to clients and opportunities;
- Contribution to the improvement of tools, processes and working methods related to acquisition.
Your profile:
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training, you master the MS Office suite on Mac. Knowledge of InDesign software is an additional asset;
- Native French speaker, you have excellent spelling and good writing skills. German and/or English are additional assets;
- You have experience in construction, architecture, real estate or a similar professional environment;
- You are an organised, rigorous and responsive person, with an excellent sense of priorities and a real ability to manage several files simultaneously, while having a creative mind;
- You know how to be autonomous and take initiative while working effectively in a team and in collaboration with various interlocutors;
- You reside in Lausanne or its agglomeration.
