On behalf of our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a CNC Grinder Flat and Profile Grinding (a)
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Setting up, operating and monitoring CNC flat and profile grinding machines
- Manufacturing precision parts according to drawings, work plans and quality specifications
- Measuring, inspecting and documenting the manufactured parts
- Making necessary corrections and programme adjustments
- Performing grinding wheel changes and simple maintenance work
- Supporting adjacent production areas
- Contributing improvement suggestions within the framework of the continuous improvement process
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed basic mechanical training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or comparable qualification, alternatively several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing
- Experience in CNC grinding, preferably in flat or profile grinding
- Confident handling of technical drawings, work and inspection plans
- Good knowledge of measuring and testing technology
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- SAP and PC user knowledge advantageous
