Your responsibilities
- You independently manage and provide telephone advice to our clients regarding benefits.
- You check and process outpatient benefit cases according to tariffs, contracts and insurance coverages.
- You handle the administrative part of your client portfolio.
- Your contacts include insured persons, doctors, hospitals, therapists as well as colleagues from other CONCORDIA departments.
Your profile
- You have a basic medical training (medical assistant or pharmacy assistant, druggist) combined with further commercial training or professional experience in administration.
- Or a basic commercial training with a health insurance fund.
- Your mother tongue is French and you have good knowledge of German (an advantage).
- You are looking for a varied and demanding activity.
- You work independently, precisely and quickly.
- You are familiar with MS Office? That is no problem for you!
- You appreciate administrative tasks and are comfortable with correspondence.
