Deputy Chief Physician Responsible for the Geriatric Rehabilitation Pathway at 80-100% (job sharing possible)

Your missions
- Management and development activities for the geriatric rehabilitation and internal medicine pathway of the RHNe in connection with an experienced interprofessional team
- Supervision and training of assistant physicians and senior residents in a setting recognised as A by the ISFM for specialist training in geriatrics
- Close collaboration in rehabilitation with various upstream specialties (neurology, medicine, geriatrics, rheumatology and orthopaedics) as well as with extra-cantonal reference hospital centres
Your profile
- Federal medical diploma or equivalent foreign qualification with Mebeko recognition and titles registered in the medical professions register (MedReg)
- Specialist title in internal medicine (FMH or equivalent) with geriatrics subspecialty
- Proven experience in supervision and project management
- Training in multidisciplinary leadership is an asset
- Excellent knowledge of French (level C1 required)
