jobgate ag is a personnel service company based in Aarau, specialising in the placement and leasing of skilled personnel in the fields of mechanics, engineering, IT, commercial professions, logistics, timber construction, chemistry and the construction ancillary trades.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Quality Inspector (m/f) to start immediately or by arrangement
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Identification and assessment of precision components according to work instructions
- Recording and documentation of damages by zones and categories in the data recording system
- Carrying out ultrasonic measurements on components
- Checking the Q documentation according to valid specifications
- Preparation of measurement and test reports
- Perform and document visual inspections using optical aids
- Deployment at changing workstations within the department
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training in assembly or equivalent qualification
- Experience in industrial manufacturing
- VT1/VT2 qualification advantageous
- Basic knowledge of NDT testing methods advantageous
- Confident reading of technical drawings and documents
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- PC skills (MS Office, basic SAP knowledge)
- Willingness to work 2- and occasional 3-shift operations
- Careful, quality-conscious working style with quick comprehension
