Job Description

• Processing returns in the after-sales process
• Checking incoming goods for completeness and quality
• Handling warranty cases from acceptance to completion
• Ensuring smooth flow of goods and information
• Collaboration with internal interfaces (logistics, customer service, sales)
• Careful documentation and adherence to internal quality standards
• Co-responsibility for orderliness, cleanliness, and occupational safety

We Expect

• Experience in logistics, retail, or commercial sector
• Training as a logistics specialist EFZ/EBA or retail/commercial training is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Structured, reliable, and precise working style
• Team-oriented, committed, and responsible personality
• Physically resilient (packages up to approx. 15 kg)
• Clean criminal record and debt collection register extract
