- You lead the IT department both professionally and disciplinarily with your employees and apprentices
- In this role, you take overall responsibility for the further development and implementation of the IT strategy
- As Head of IT & SAP, you manage complex projects in the ERP and infrastructure environment
- You are responsible for IT security (CISO), ensuring the safety and protection of systems
- In this role, you actively participate in operational IT matters and user support for ERP and infrastructure
- As Head of IT & SAP, you act as a sparring partner for management and departments on all IT matters
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in business informatics, computer science or a comparable field
- You have proven leadership experience, for example as a team leader or deputy IT manager in an industrial environment
- You bring broad IT know-how and enjoy taking responsibility for a wide range of topics
- You have experience with SAP and/or Microsoft cloud technologies
- You communicate very well in German and English, both spoken and written
- You are characterised by a high degree of independence, personal commitment, helpfulness as well as a pronounced can-do attitude with a hands-on mentality
