Senior Architect Design / Project Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF11,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced architect specialising in design and project management for demanding construction projects of various sizes. The scope ranges from conceptual studies and competitions to conversions and new builds through to realisation. You will work in an interdisciplinary environment on architecturally challenging projects and receive a great deal of responsibility as well as room for professional and personal development.
Responsibilities:
Development of design concepts and architectural strategies for demanding construction projects
Independent management of architecture projects across all planning phases
Preparation of competitions, project studies and project developments
Coordination of specialist planners, clients, authorities and other project participants
Ensuring design, technical and economic quality
Leadership and coordination of project teams as well as management of internal processes
Accompanying projects through to realisation, execution and completion
Qualifications:
Completed studies in architecture at ETH, FH or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in project management of architectural projects
Strong knowledge in design, conception and execution planning
Very good knowledge of Archicad 3D and digital planning processes
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
