In our outpatient clinic in Baden for oncology and haematology, medical expertise, personal care, and teamwork come together. You accompany our patients with professional knowledge, empathy, and commitment. The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement with an 80% workload.

Your Tasks
- You welcome patients and ensure they feel well cared for.
- You plan and coordinate consultations and keep appointments under control.
- You provide telephone information to internal and external contacts.
- You perform general secretarial duties and keep processes running smoothly.
- You manage materials and ensure everything is available.
- You carry out capillary and venous blood sampling.
- You operate laboratory equipment, perform quality controls, and maintain the systems.
- You insert peripheral venous catheters.
- You perform ECGs and prepare the examinations.
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ.
- You have already worked in a practice or hospital and are familiar with the daily routine.
- Ideally, you have experience in the laboratory and enjoy working precisely.
- You are confident in digital systems and find your way around quickly.
- You express yourself clearly in spoken and written German.
- You approach people openly, listen, and remain calm even in hectic moments.
