Digital Transformation Lead

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager & IT Lead capable of combining strategic vision and operational ("hands-on") involvement to support the modernisation of the information system and digital tools of a rapidly evolving organisation.

Your responsibilities

• Define and manage the digital transformation roadmap.
• Support the modernisation of the information system and business processes.
• Finalise and optimise the adoption of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra ID, Intune).
• Manage the needs analysis and deployment of a future ERP.
• Develop or oversee the development of tools and automations meeting business needs.
• Promote the pragmatic use of AI in the organisation's activities.
• Supervise external IT partners and service providers.
• Ensure monitoring of cybersecurity, data governance and service continuity issues.
• Support users through change and digital skills development.

Desired profile

• Higher education in computer science, information systems or equivalent.
• Proven experience in IT project management and digital transformation.
• Good command of Microsoft 365 and modern collaborative environments.
• Experience managing ERP projects, business applications or digital workplace.
• Ability to work on both strategic and operational matters.
• Comfortable in an environment requiring autonomy, pragmatism and close user engagement.
• Experience managing teams or service providers.
• Interest in emerging technologies, automation and AI.
