The Poujoulat group is the European leader in metal smoke evacuation systems (chimney ducts, roof outlets, industrial chimneys) for individual and collective housing, industry, and the tertiary sector. It is also a leader in the production and marketing of high-performance wood fuels.

We are looking for our future:

Industrial Project Manager (PHP)

In this role, you report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, proactively communicate and work closely with them.

You are responsible for defining and developing industrial technical solutions, from analysing customer needs to costing and project preparation.

Your main responsibilities

• Analyse customer needs and define industrial chimney technical solutions.
• Conduct site visits (measurements and others).
• Perform sizing calculations: static, thermodynamic and acoustic.
• Propose solutions compliant with standards.
• Carry out cost estimates and prepare customer offers.
• Read and create technical plans and diagrams (CAD, PDF, AutoCAD).
• Coordinate technical exchanges with customers, suppliers and partners.

Your profile

• Technical: CFC / Technician / Engineer (mechanical, thermal, civil, metal construction) + mastery of CAD and sizing calculations.
• Soft skills: rigour, autonomy, organisation, risk management on site, problem-solving ability and interpersonal ease.
• Experience: in a technical field, in a design office or industrial project management, ideally in metal construction.
• Languages:
  French: native or excellent command (C1/C2)
  German / Swiss German: a real asset
  English: a plus
