A Technical Manager

Your Responsibilities

Technical management of a portfolio of rental properties, with the assistance of a technical collaborator:

• Ensure the technical management of the buildings under your responsibility.
• Supervise maintenance, renovation and upkeep works of the buildings.
• Entry and exit condition reports
• Manage relationships with external service providers and contracted companies.
• Establish budgets for works and ensure financial monitoring.
• Conduct regular visits to the buildings to ensure their good condition.
• Management of concierges
• Work closely with other departments of the company.

Your Profile

• Commercial / technical federal diploma or equivalent qualification
• Very good knowledge in the field of technical property management.
• Immobase and Immoplus: an asset
• Professional experience in a similar position in Switzerland
• Autonomous, rigorous, flexible person, able to manage priorities and work in a team
• Very good command of French and good level of English: an asset
• Sense of responsibility and good priority management
• Good stress management and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation
• Driving licence
