You will independently handle the creation of correspondence, prepare quotes, post applications, and coordinate between our specialist departments. In addition, you will be in direct telephone contact with our customers, answer their inquiries, and ensure professional and service-oriented support.

What You Bring With You

• Completed training as "Insurance Specialist with Federal Certificate"
• Several years of experience in the SME sector / business and personal insurance
• High motivation to learn new things in a varied field of activity
• Communicative and reliable working style, team orientation, independence, and a positive attitude
