Senior Controller (m/f/d)

- In this exciting role, you are responsible for controlling structures, cost accounting, and the mapping of value flows
- Together with the team, you prepare the integrated corporate planning (forecast, budget, multi-year planning)
- You are the business management sparring partner for the business unit management and executives and prepare quarterly financial reports for the management and the board of directors
- You support the accounting monthly closings and carry out cost accounting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- You actively participate in the detailed design and implementation of an ERP system (S4/HANA)
- Last but not least, you continuously develop controlling processes and methods in this position, participate in projects, and conduct financial analyses or calculations on profitability
Qualifications:
- You have completed a business administration degree at master’s level with a focus on controlling and finance or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in a similar position
- You have a strong interest and specific experience in designing and implementing processes, systems, and tools to improve management and control information
- You have repeatedly demonstrated initiative and proactive behaviour through forward-thinking
- For this position, we are looking for a mediating and at the same time assertive personality with very good communication skills and a talent for recipient-appropriate presentation of work results
- You have fluent and negotiation-level German and can communicate well in French and English
- S/4 HANA knowledge is an advantage
