We are a family-run retirement and nursing centre (APZ) in the Zurich wine region with 59 beds. We are committed to providing a high, individual quality of living and life for our residents. The personal development of our employees is important to us.

You will take on specialist management and execution tasks in the diverse business matters – process work and quality management.
We are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for a
Commercial Allrounder approx. 80% Secretariat, HR Administration and ICT
Your tasks on site
Commercial area
- First point of contact at reception/secretariat
- Administrative tasks (HR, residents, general administration)
- Internal and external communication (e.g. press releases, advertisements) as well as maintenance of our homepage
- Archiving and ensuring compliance with data protection laws within the company
- Participation in projects
- Support of the managing director
ICT specialist management
- IT maintenance and further development of ICT together with an external company
- First-level support
- Ensuring IT systems (programmes) such as for eHealth, etc.
You bring with you
- You have completed training as a commercial clerk with a technical flair, understanding, ideally with professional experience. Further training in the HR area is an advantage or you are willing to further your education in this area.
- You are a team player.
- You are very well organised and have a solution-oriented way of working.
- You are alert and have strong communication skills.
- You are used to working independently, thinking in networks and have a high service awareness.
