Tasks
- Initiate sample testing upon receipt of goods.
- Register all sample entries for analytical purposes.
- Manage external analysis requests and results.
Skills
- Completed training as a lab technician or similar role, or relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with SAP/LIMS.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

About the job
Your Tasks
- Initiation of sample batches after goods receipt
- Registration of all sample entries (raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, IPC, finished products) for internal/external analytics and issuance and authorisation of test sheets
- Clarification of required dates
- Creation and processing of external analysis orders (requesting quotations, date clarification and follow-up, checking and filing results)
- Preparation of shipment of external samples
- Management and storage of analysis and retention samples
- Master data maintenance in SAP and LIMS
- Creation of CoAs
- Creation / adjustment of test sheets and specifications
- Initiation and processing of Change Requests (CR)
- Filing and archiving of QC documents
Our Requirements
- Ideally completed training as a laboratory technician, CTA, PTA or PKA – alternatively, completed technical or commercial training and interest in laboratory processes possible
- Practical experience in quality control in a GMP or ISO environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical/chemical industry
- Confident use of Microsoft 365
- SAP/LIMS knowledge advantageous
- Languages: German/English spoken and written
- Structured and precise working method
- Independence, flexibility, ability to work in a team
- Resilience, personal commitment and a high level of quality awareness
