Metal Fabricator (M/F/D)

You have metal in your blood and want to put your know-how to good use within a local organisation? For one of our partners, a well-known company in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a metal fabricator eager to commit to varied projects, whether it is a skills confirmation or a first experience in Switzerland.

Your playground:

• Workshop fabrication: Cutting, bending, drilling and assembling steel, stainless steel and aluminium structures according to execution plans.

• Welding work: Producing neat assemblies using MIG, MAG and TIG processes.

• Finishing and adjustments: Surface preparation, grinding and meticulous inspection of parts before delivery or installation.

• On-site assembly: Participating in the installation of architectural elements (railings, stairs, gates, light structures) in compliance with safety guidelines.

Your profile:

• Training: Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a metal fabricator, locksmith-fabricator or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience: A first successful experience on Swiss soil is a valued asset for a quick start.

• Technical skills: Mastery of common welding processes and independent reading of workshop plans.

• Personality: Rigour, precision in execution and good ability to integrate within a technical team.

• Mobility: Driving licence (category B) desired for travel to sites.
