Missions
- You actively develop your geographical area by identifying new growth opportunities and strengthening existing market positions.
- You define and implement a structured commercial strategy aligned with long-term development objectives.
- You support your business partners, distributors, and clients by providing high-level technical and commercial expertise.
- You build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers through regular field presence and a deep understanding of their challenges.
- You analyze market dynamics, customer expectations, and competitive activities to guide your decisions and commercial priorities.
- You lead and coordinate a sales network by setting clear development directions and ambitious targets.
- You enhance the capabilities of your stakeholders by sharing your expertise and structuring targeted training initiatives.
- You manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure, ensuring rigorous follow-up of proposals.
- You collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- You actively contribute to optimizing commercial performance by monitoring key indicators and leveraging reporting tools effectively.
Profil du candidat
- You hold a higher technical education degree, ideally in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- You have initial experience in a technical sales role within an industrial environment.
- You have a strong command of English (C1 level), German and French are considered significant assets.
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and are able to build long-lasting, trust-based relationships with your stakeholders.
- You are results-oriented, with strong analytical, organizational, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- You are comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You thrive in multicultural environments.
- You are willing to travel regularly across Europe to support business development.
