Are you familiar with the Lausanne real estate market and wish to put your commercial acumen to work on new projects?

For one of our clients, a recognised real estate company, we are looking for an experienced broker to strengthen their team and contribute to the development of their sales activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect the market and develop a portfolio of sales mandates.
• Identify new opportunities and maintain your network of contacts.
• Analyse the market to advise owners on the positioning of their property.
• Support sellers and buyers throughout their real estate project.
• Conduct negotiations and follow transactions through to completion.
• Build customer loyalty through personalised and thorough follow-up.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have proven experience in real estate brokerage, ideally in the Lausanne region.
• You know the local market and have an active professional network.
• You combine an entrepreneurial spirit, commercial dynamism and a sense of service.
• You know how to establish trust and conduct negotiations.
• Autonomous and organised, you ensure careful follow-up of your mandates.
• You are fluent in French and hold a driving licence as well as a personal vehicle.
