• Professional and high-quality care and nursing of patients requiring intensive care
• Support for relatives
• Independent planning, organisation and execution of tasks in the intensive care unit
• Participation in specialised working groups for quality assurance as well as in new projects
• Guidance and support of students in the NDS HF Intensive Care Nursing programme in collaboration with the responsible training personnel

What You Bring to This Position

• Completed training as a Certified Expert in Intensive Care Nursing or a comparable qualification recognised in Switzerland
• High social competence, empathy and professional expertise in dealing with patients and relatives
• Committed, responsible and team-oriented working style
• Reliability, an independent working approach and openness to new things
• Interest in the continuous development of nursing quality
