- The SPNE is one of the actors in the criminal justice chain, complementary to the judiciary and the police.
The EDPR is a closed detention facility with a high level of security. It specialises in emergency reception, pre-trial detention, behavioural development research, and short-term release preparation. It also intervenes in complex situations or those involving psychiatric disorders.
On a daily basis, you provide support to managers and colleagues in their activities. You participate in maintaining the entity's accounting and carry out certain administrative tasks related to financial flow management. Furthermore, you enter and digitise formal data (judgements, decisions, expert reports) using the JURIS software.
You are responsible for the following tasks: handling mail and correspondence, telephone reception, drafting minutes, document creation, report writing, and updating various dashboards. Filing is also part of your duties, as well as managing archives and processing the main email inbox.
You are responsible for the office supplies stock and actively contribute to the smooth running of the entity.
Enrolled in the commercial professional maturity pathway, you are looking for an internship placement.
You are at least 18 years old, have an excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written, and are comfortable with common IT tools.
You have good interpersonal skills and particularly enjoy human contact.
You know how to be discreet and have good stress resistance.
