We are looking for temporary assignments in addiction / harm reduction for:

As a nurse, you work with a highly vulnerable population, presenting addiction issues often associated with complex somatic, psychological and social disorders. You contribute to comprehensive care, focused on harm reduction, stabilisation and maintaining the connection.

Your mission:

• Provide nursing care (technical and relational)
• Participate in the assessment of health situations and the orientation of beneficiaries
• Manage and monitor medication treatments
• Intervene with a harm and damage reduction approach
• Welcome and support beneficiaries in a caring and non-judgemental environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Manage complex and crisis situations professionally

Required skills:

• Personalised and adapted to the specific needs of patients.
• Respond to patients’ requests
• Autonomy

Your profile:

• Recognised nursing diploma in Switzerland
• Experience in addiction, emergency or psychiatry
• Manage complex and crisis situations professionally
• Ability to work in a demanding environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and listening ability
• Autonomy, adaptability and stress resistance
• Holder of AFGSU 1 and 2 or Swiss BLS certificate
