We are an owner-managed IT company in Zurich with 15 colleagues. Our clients are as diverse as the city itself: from law firms to schools to architectural offices, we support them all. As a supporter, you are our most important ambassador. You are the first point of contact, you listen and solve problems – always with the goal that our clients smile when they hang up the phone.

• Support experience: You have already worked in 1st-level support and bring solid knowledge in the Microsoft environment (Windows, Microsoft 365).
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in German. Since our clients are often Zurich SMEs, it is absolutely essential that you understand Swiss German effortlessly.
• Team player mentality: You like to work independently but know that we are strongest as a team. You are not afraid to ask questions.
