Salary - CHF115,000 - 130,000Role:
One of the largest rehabilitation organisations in Switzerland, supporting people after serious illnesses, accidents or health limitations on their way back to everyday life, work and as independent a life as possible.
With 13 locations and nine specialised departments, around 10,000 patients are comprehensively cared for annually. Approximately 2,300 employees work together interdisciplinarily.

Responsibilities:
As a central interface between finance and the medical departments, you support the clinics with budget, finance and controlling matters.
You ensure recipient-appropriate reporting and prepare financial developments clearly for management and clinic leadership.
Together with those responsible, you plan and monitor budgets and support the further development of cost and performance accounting according to REKOLE®.
You continuously develop existing controlling processes, tools and evaluations and contribute your expertise to interdisciplinary and specialist projects.
Qualifications:
A higher business administration qualification (university, university of applied sciences, college or equivalent) forms your professional basis.
You bring several years of experience in controlling or cost accounting and are familiar with the specifics of the healthcare sector.
Numerical affinity, analytical thinking and the ability to present financial matters concisely are among your strengths.
You work independently and in a structured manner and present yourself confidently and solution-oriented to different contacts.
Very good Excel skills are a prerequisite.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
