Production Operator (m/f/d), 100%

• GMP-compliant manufacturing of active ingredients and solid dosage forms including IPC/PAK and recording in the MES system
• Operation, setup, cleaning and disinfection of production equipment and rooms as well as ensuring equipment availability
• Goods receipt, proper storage, provision and execution of delegated sample withdrawals
• GMP-compliant documentation of activities in batch documentation, logbooks, forms and labels
• Support with maintenance, calibration and qualification as well as with investment projects and commissioning
• Participation in audits, 5S, continuous improvement as well as creation and revision of SOPs and other documents
• Knowledge exchange and support during onboarding as well as compliance with cGMP, HSE, Data Integrity, Information Security and KPI requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a chemical and pharmaceutical technologist; alternatively training in the food/hygiene sector or technical vocational training, e.g. mechanic or mechatronics technician
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment; if no training as a chemical or pharmaceutical technologist, at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in chemical or pharmaceutical production or in development operations is an advantage
• Experience in the manufacture of active ingredients, especially sieving, mixing and milling
• Experience in the manufacture of solid dosage forms, especially mixing, granulating, sieving, milling, compacting, extruding, tabletting, encapsulating, sorting and coating
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills are an advantage
• Forklift licence is an advantage
